Two Tails Story Co. makes illustrated children’s books starring real rescue dogs. The books use the power of attachment and connection to delight and inspire kids, telling the dog’s story and featuring the dog in every illustration.
Two Tails’ books are funny, accessible, and sophisticated. The Two Tails team designed these books for high engagement and also for maximum educational value, using science-based principles about the best ways for kids to learn letters and counting. The team of illustrators, education experts, and technologists put their ideas through a rigorous process of design, assessment, extensive testing, and revision until they had instructional- and assessment-grade materials that kids love to read.
To date, Two Tails Story Co. has created an Alphabet book and a Counting book, each available with one of two rescue dogs (Milo and Hoover). They plan to feature rescue dogs in new learn-to-read books, storybooks, math materials, and more.
A portion of all proceeds of their books goes to animal welfare organizations.
