Marc Rosen, founder of Marc Rosen Associates, is best known in his capacity as a designer of luxury fragrance packaging. He has been inspired by working with a range of companies and names in beauty/fashion, including Coty Inc., Estée Lauder, Nina Ricci, Oscar de la Renta, Avon, Halston, Chloé, Karl Lagerfeld, Fendi, Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, among many others. Rosen has been the recipient of seven Fifi Awards, the highest honor for packaging excellence in the beauty industry.
An alumnus and Trustee Emeritus of Pratt Institute, Rosen has created a scholarship in his name at the Pratt Graduate School of Communications Design for young and talented designers.
He has been quoted as a design authority in publications such as Elle, Allure, and the New York Times. In 2011, his book Glamour Icons was published by ACC Art Books. His second book, Rubbing Shoulders: My Life with Popes, Princes, Moguls, and Movie Stars was published in 2016 by Glitterati.
Marc Rosen currently lives and works in New York City. His most recent project is a book about the Golden Age of Hollywood, inspired by stories from his late wife, actress Arlene Dahl.
